Welcome to excelLR8 Driving School, independently run by myself, Kenny Elliott, offering high quality driving lessons in County Down, Northern Ireland. The aim of the driving school is to provide the most affordable, highly professional driving lessons to suit all abilities and needs, and therefore build a reputation as the driving school of choice for those looking to take driving lessons in Downpatrick or driving lessons in Belfast. 

The school is based in Kilmore Village, 1 mile from Crossgar and also in Newtownbreda, Belfast and provides driving lessons in the Crossgar, Ballynahinch, Saintfield, Carryduff, Ballygowan, Killyleagh and Downpatrick areas as well as Belfast for those looking to take their test at the Dill Road or Balmoral Road test centres. 

Whether you are a complete beginner getting behind the steering wheel for the very first time or maybe a more experienced learner who has already had a number of lessons or even a full licence holder looking to improve your skills and confidence, excelLR8 Driving School will offer you the service you're looking for. 

We provide the best quality of training with lessons tailored to each individual pupil so that you can be taught in the most effective manner to suit your ability. Learning to drive is a daunting prospect for many. Don't worry though as you will be taught in a calm, patient, friendly and professional manner which puts even the most nervous pupils at ease very quickly.

In addition to the driving lessons, the use of the best material in preparation for the Theory and Hazard Perception Test can be borrowed, free of charge during your training.
